UNICEF have confirmed we have achieved the Bronze award. This is excellent news for Penicuik High and well done to all involved. We will now start working our way towards the Silver award. Our aim is to make Penicuik High School a place where children’s rights are recognised and respected by all.

The Rights Respecting Schools Award is a Unicef UK programme that aims to put children’s rights at the heart of schools in the UK and is based on the principles of Equality, Dignity, Respect, Non–discrimination and Participation.
