Two pupils from Roslin Primary School took part in their first event as Youth Ambassadors. This was a training day at the Young Scot building in Haymarket. It was a ‘get to know’ event with YAs from age 8 to 26 taking part.

Karen Hinton wins Forth Best Teacher Award 2017

Karen Hinton, Primary Teacher from Loanhead PS, was nominated by past and current pupils to be The Forth Best Teacher 2017. A group of Gore Glen pupils have been awarded a Scottish Angels Heritage Award for the best contribution to a heritage project. We attended a ceremony on the 14th of October at the Assembly rooms in Edinburgh and we were presented with this award.
